I'm transferring schools and I'm looking for someone to take over the lease for a 2 bedroom, 2 bath deluxe apartment at The Enclave. The rent will be $1,087. We are also offering to pay $300 of your 1st months rent! This apartment is usually $1,199 per month, so you will get a great deal. The apartment has a great view of the pond. It is the larger of the 2 bedrooms at The Enclave and they are completely SOLD OUT. You won't find a better luxuary apartment for this price in Gainesville. The lease starts August 1st. Pets are allowed. I'm willing to negotiate.
