It is a great apartment, spacious, fully furnished, washer/dryer in unit, ALL UTILITES INCLUDED, free cable, free internet, patio, two pools, tennis and basket ball courts. Also, when i moved in this past august they gave me brand new furniture and it is still in exellent condition, i have only been there 3 months! It is ALL brand new, really nice black couches and glass tables :) I have a roomate occupying the other room but she is extremly quiet, and very clean. I NEVER see her during the week as she takes 16 credits at UF and EVERY weekend she leaves and drives to her hometown so it is like i dont even have a roomate anyways! You get your own fully furnished bedroom and bathroom for super cheap, you will not find a sublease this cheap!!!! It is a great deal!!! (no pets allowed though) !!!!
