I'm a 2nd year graduate student, clean, respectful and focused on school. I just need a quiet and clean place that is in close proximity to campus or bus accessible (preferibly in the south, by Shands). One other preference is that there are W/D and internet hookups available. I also have my dog with me; he holds the same qualities I do!
