<description><![CDATA[This house had a lot of interest when it was on the market. About a month ago I put it under contract at $85k. Unfortunately the buyer had some unforeseen credit issues with his credit report. It was suppose to close today and the lender has declined the loan.<br>

So later this week I will be putting it back on the market. I'm in a financial jam and need to sell this property as quick as possible. If you can purchase with cash or HELOC and close quickly, I will give you a great deal on this property. I've had so many people interested in buying this house, but they aren't qualifing for loans. You can buy and resell later, or re-sell with ownerfinancing or rent. Look at the growth in the area and the historical sales and you will realize this is a deal. The appraisal for this property came in at over $85k, although I don't know the figure because the bank has it.<br>
