Looking for a female roomate that is very clean

its a 4/4 that
-doesnt include furniture
-utilities and cable/internet is separate from rent

BUT ENCLAVE IS BRAND NEW!!!!! theres a plasma in the kitchen and granite countertops and everyone has their own room/bathroom and all the rooms are huge with spacious closets. the bus stop is perfect and it is close to school and will be gated come fall!

The move in date is august 1st and rent is due by that day as well.

All the initial fees ARE WAIVED! so all u have to worry about is rent.
