I'm a woman looking for a responsible graduate student or professional roommate to share my apartment starting in January. The apartment is the entire top floor of a beautiful, spacious, historic home in the Duckpond with hardwood floors, lots of huge sunny windows and a big gated yard. You would get your own bedroom and full bathroom and we would share the kitchen, dining room and living room.

The house has central air-conditioning and heating, and my landlord generously includes Cox cable and wireless internet with the rent ($950 total for the apartment split between us -- we would also split the cost of utilities). There is a washer and drier in a laundry room downstairs that we share with the house's other tenants.

I have one cat who is indoor/outdoor and very sweet -- I'm open to having one other pet in the house, but we'd need to talk about it in detail (my cat sometimes has issues with other cats, and is scared by aggressive dogs, but she's lived tolerantly with a yellow lab for several years).

I work full time at UF, do yoga and chi kung, play the cello, meditate, and cook a lot. I watch some TV, but don't like to have it on all the time. I have an active social life and like to have fun, but I'm not into heavy drinking or wild partying. I like things around the house to be peaceful and orderly -- although I'm flexible when times get hectic for one or both of us --and I hope to find someone with similar preferences.

There are 2 bus routes, there is a nice clubhouse, pool which always seems like there's a pool party going on, the neighbors are very nice.

There have been no problems with anything this year. Pet friendly apartment (but need to pay $25 for pet fee).

It's a 2 bed/2bath (Split rooms). The apartment has 42� LCD TV as well. It is all inclusive (electricity/water/wastewater/furnished).

The rent will be $458 a month from December to July 2010, but I already paid for Nov, and the last month (August 2010).

So, it comes out $365 per a month for 10 months.

It has washer/drier as well. It is very clean room. All Inclusive unless you have an overage for some sort, which you would also pay.

One thing you need to know is that you have to have a guarantor, and need to pay for application fee which is $35.
