Sublease starting in January 2010 through July 2010 (spring & summer semesters) Brand New apartment with one available FULLY FURNISHED bedroom/bathroom. There are two girls in the remaining two bedrooms who are very sweet, low key students. It's a very clean, very nicely decorated apartment with all the furnishings. Located on the third floor so there is no noise from upstairs neighbors. It is a very cute little place, I am needing to sublease because I'm trying to move to Colorado for the ski season.. so feel free to e-mail me if you are interested!
