One bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment for lease starting as soon as you want. It is close to UF with bus transportaion directly to UF. There is only one other girl living here now, so it would be just you and her unless you have have friends that may want to move into the other two bedrooms. It is an individual lease so only you are responsible for the $5ll. No worries of someone else not paying thier share! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is a plus. The room offered for sublease has a beautiful view of trees and birds( so no cars or parking lot out of your window). There is also a spacious closet. Washer and dryer, full kitchen with all appliances, and living room furniture are all included in the rent. Apartment complex also has a swiming pool, tennis court, basket ball court and a 24-hr gym! The lease ends in august 2010, but I am permanently moving as soon as possible so you can re-sign and stay if you want. :)
