I will be out of town between November 11th and December 1st and am looking for a tidy, responsible, preferably female to sublet my ~200 sf bedroom in our 1920s vintage house in downtown Gainesville. Rent is $425 (OBO) and includes all utilities. Bedroom fully furnished with large desk/worktable and BeautyRest full size bed. Location is very convenient to Maude's, the Hippodrome, library, etc. There is also another smaller bedroom that may also be available during those weeks.
