Literally 2 min walk to campus. My roomate and I are studying abroad for the Spring. We already have one person who is all set to move in for the Spring but we still need someone to fill the other room. You really can't get any closer or cheaper being so close to campus. We are even willing to let you use our furniture since we'll be gone for the Spring. The price is 464 + utilities which usually come out to 40 dollars.
