I am moving to New York in January , ill probably be gone before new years so if you would like to move in before january you are more than welcome.
The apartment is on the third floor of the first building (18) when you come in (right next to bus stop route 20)
Its a 3/3 you would be sharing with two other girls who are neat and usually not even home
no pets ,smokers/drinkers are fine
Utilities (water/electric) (cable/internet) are included ,washer/dryer/dishwasher and wifi in the apartment as well
There is always a good amount of parking and no permits are required, maintenance has always come by pretty quickly too
the room itself is furnished (desk,drawer,bed,nightstand) big closet (not walk in but a very good size for a girl )
ill probably be leaving my tv and other things behind as extras if you want them
all inclusive for 349! and Right between the mall and campus ( the bus usually fills up at this stop so you get to school quicker)
