I need to get a roommate or sublease the entire 2/2 apartment ASAP. $425 is per bedroom or $850 for the entire apartment. The time frame would be now until the end of June. This apartment is huge (1165sq ft.) and is really nice with modern architecture. You can't find a nicer place in Gainesville for the price. I am planning on changing jobs and actually returning to school so I need to downsize. That is the only reason for me trying to move because I really like this place. It comes with internet, satelite (Direct TV), washer/dryer hookups. It also has a lot of windows so if you like natural light this is a plus. The community is really nice as well; mostly young families or grad students so it's really quiet. It's close to everything on Archer Rd; food, shopping, and more. If you're a student it's right on a bus route that will take you to UF in just minutes. The complex has two fitness centers with a lot of machines, two pools and spas, a computer center, tennis court, and basketball court. It has everything you would want and more.
I would prefer to sublease the entire apartment but I'll take a roommate in the meantime. If you're looking for a room I'll give a little info about me: 26 year old male working in biomedics and planning on going back to school for nursing.
