Hi, I'm looking for a female UF student to take over my lease starting in December/January.I want to move out because I want to live with my friends who stay in another apartment complex!
The rent is $380 month(utilities all included) and the lease goes until August 2010.
It is a great apartment, spacious, fully furnished, washer/dryer in unit, ALL UTILITES INCLUDED, free cable, free internet, patio, two pools, tennis and basket ball courts. Also, when i moved in this past august they gave me brand new furniture and it is still in exellent condition, i have only been there 3 months!Everything included for 380$.
It is ALL brand new, really nice couches and glass tables :) I have two roomate occupying other rooms but they both are extremly quiet, and very clean.
It is minutes from the UF Campus.Buses - 9,34,36 which takes you directly to the school and runs very very late and super safe !!!!

You get your own fully furnished bedroom and bathroom for really really cheap, you will not find a sublease this cheap!!! You cant find a better deal (no pets allowed though) !
