Hey guys, so i need to move out of my apartment because of my dog. I will need someone to take over my lease in December, and it ends in July. Im in phase 2 of the crossings. They're brand new apartment buildings in a gaurd gated community with pool, tanning, lighted basketball court. I have a 3 bedroom 3 bath fully furnished apartment on the top floor. The only catch of this is that they are not dog friendly and my roommate is a girl while the other room sits unoccupied. Shes sweet and never home. I got the rent during the promo for the new apartments so the rent is cheaper than everyone eles'. Its 436 a month. Again and it is a fully furnished new apartment ! If your intrested in taking over my lease i would be so greatful. Please feel free to ask questions !
