This is an ideal house for anyone who has classes in the Northeast section of campus, which is the vast majority of the school. It was perfect for me as a business student. You can see the front of it in the first picture below.
The rent is actually $500/mo plus utilities, but I WILL PAY your first month's rent and $25/mo afterward.
The house itself consists of 4 other guys who are all friendly, quiet seniors and graduate students. The full kitchen was just redone this summer and we recently had the all wood floor refinished. The bathroom you share with one other person is immediately outside the bedroom door.
The bedroom itself is a spacious, wood floored room in the front corner of the house, separated from the main areas by a hallway. It has two large closets, a fireplace, and a PRIVATE DOOR to the outside, with its own separate lock. The private entrance can be seen in two of the photos below. Needless to say, this is a perfect room to sublet.
As for parking, we have space for at least 5 cars on the side of our house that are reserved for our house only, so you will ALWAYS have a place to park.
