I am a laid back, clean, relatively quiet PhD student living in TreeHouse Village. Roommate will be gone as of Thanksgiving, so apartment is available immediately or beginning Spring semester--lease ends July 2010. Rent is $400, electric runs about 48 a piece, cable and internet is about 30 a piece, water varies, but is usually around 15 to 17 a piece. 420 and pet friendly. Would prefer another grad student or Jr./Sr. male or female. Treehouse is on bus route 16 and is within biking distance to campus. Pet friendly (I have a cat). Your room includes a private bath. W/D in unit.
