Hi! I'm looking for someone to sub my lease to at Canopy Apartments. I'm moving out in December 2009, and I have to match the new roommate with what there is now, so, only currently enrolled, female college students should apply. The apartment is fully furnished and pretty spacious. There is a computer desk and chair, as well as a dresser and full sized bed provided in the room. There is a spacious walk in closet located in the bathroom. Both of the roommates already living here are pretty nice and laid back.
The rent is $605 per month, utilities included (water, electricity, garbage). An alarm system is also included in this unit. The bedroom has a nice view of the courtyard. The Canopy community is nice. They have various events each month, including an acknowledgment of residents' birthdays and a newly introduced resident appreciation week, an open club house that includes a state of the art gym, computer labs and study rooms. It also includes a virtual golf simulator in the club house, an indoor basketball court, volleyball courts, a lagoon style swimming pool, and tanning beds. And, best of all, Canopy was just finished this past summer, so everything is still in top condition. Within a mile of UF OAKS MALL and about 10 minutes from Santa Fe. also near archer rd which has a movie theater various restaurants and other entertainment options.
