The room is great!
Has a huge closet with full length mirrors on the sliding door. There is a large 5 drawer dresser, computer table, a chair and the bed is QUEEN sized. It has a full private bathroom with tile floor.
The apartment is great!
The apartment is FULLY furnished and spacious with a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Only female applicants can be considered. Everything is included because two of my roommates are here, they both go to UF, very nice people, so basically everything is included except your personal thingys!
The Estates is a great community. Amenities include two pools, hot tub, study rooms, tanning room. There is also a 24 hour fitness center and weight room. There is also a 24 hour computer lab with FREE PRINTING. The room has free internet as long as you have an ethernet cord.
The building is on 3 major bus routes the 20, 21 and 22. Very convenient to school, it takes about 15 minutes bus drive to main campus and about 15 minutes to the Oaks mall. Great location!
