I am trying to sublease my 1 bedroom 1 bath loft located in the boardwalk apartments. It a really nice community and parking is never a problem where my apartment is located. The rent is 649 a month you would have to pay your own utilities. all you would have to pay no more than 649 to move in depending on the move in date they would prorate the move rent. Lease would be from august of 08 to July of 09 with the option to renew if you like. right the the lofts are now 689 a month so if you sublease you would be saving 40 a month on rent.
