Research grant programs and assist in writing funding applications and reports as required by granting agencies.
Participate in inter-department meetings.
Edit draft applications for accuracy, completeness and clarity in accordance with specific grant requirements and assist in preparing and compiling final grant proposals.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date and accessible databases, including detailed records and tracking of solicitation activities.
Provide information on funding opportunities, requirements and procedures; Assist in implementing project funding strategies.
Current grants have focused on the HITT program, an internationally recognized prevention program for youth at-risk using theatre as a tool for prevention.
Future projects may include new play development, artist in residence programs, facility improvements, cultural tourism initiatives, etc.
