rent period: monthly
This extremely spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment has 1420 SF which takes up the entire first floor of a two-story Duck pond house built in 1912.

If two individuals live here each person will have their own private bathroom, and the only time you will see each other is in the dining room and kitchen. One person can occupy the front half of the apartment and the other person can occupy the back half of the apartment. Send an email for the floor plans to see how this works.

The two fireplaces are decorative only. There are seven ceiling fans, one in every room, except the foyer. The living room has built-in bookshelves. The kitchen includes a Bosch dishwasher, and the kitchen cabinets stretch along an entire wall of the kitchen.

There are five closets, including one walk-in closet There is no shortage of storage space.

The water bill is split by the three apartments in the house, and each person makes their check out to GRU. Each apartment has its own electricity and garbage bill.

The washer and dryer are on the back porch and shared by the people in all three apartments.

Rent is $1295 a month. The apartment will be available on August 1st.

Two cats are allowed at $20 a month for each cat, with a security deposit of $100 for each cat.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property.

The initial application is free, but there may be an additional application which will cost $40. Tours of the apartment will be given with a 24 hour notice to the present tenant.

To sign a lease you must have first, last, and a security deposit of $1200 (or more if you have a cat or two) at the time of the lease signing. This means you will have to bring a check of at least $3790 to the lease signing, or more if you have a cat.

You must sign the lease as soon as possible after you are informed that you have been chosen for this apartment. If you can't do that, it will be offered to the next person.
