Works good. Has a little rust on the top, but the inside is nice and clean. Bottom opens easily for cleaning. Measures 16-1/2" wide and 8-1/4" tall. Extends 11-1/4" from the wall (this includes the stand-offs to keep you from shoving it all the way up against a wall). The Durabrand Toaster Oven seems to be very similar to the Rival TO-709 toaster oven, so I have downloaded instructions that I can provide.
