This is a 29x2” tire bike. I believe the shortest height would be about 5 ft 8 inches to ride it. It is a single speed with foot brakes, which works well. Tires and rims are trued and in good shape (one tire and tube is new). Beach CRUISERS are the most comfortable bike you can ride. The seat is comfortable, handle bars are closer to the rider, making it unnecessary to lean out to hold the handle bars. This keeps your hands from falling asleep and your back aching.
