EE hens can lay a variety of shaded eggs ranging from blue to green, and sometimes even pink. Here in our flock we breed them to have muffs/beards but they can come without generally. As a plus they are prolific layers, laying up to 310 eggs per year. These chickens are known for their sweet, laid back temperament and weather hardy.

These are still an EE chicken with all the same features in a smaller package. Along with muffs/beards these birds also have the iconic silkie feather boots and extra toe! They are a docile breed but can have a tendency to go broody. These chicks do have a chance to carry the bared gene.
