Vent sexed to confirm. Handled early and often. Photos of parents included. Welsh Harlequin are not as forgiving as other breeds to early stress, so I have put a lot of effort into socializing them to handling gently and consistently. I'm a student right now, so I bring them to my desk under a warm lamp a couple times a day to just sit with me and be around movement and noise - gently handling them one at a time. They get short warm bath times to strengthen their legs to prepare for the rapid weight gain of early development.
Will home single ducklings only to people that have or can get ducklings close to the same age - WH do not tolerate being single ducklings. Willing to hold up to 72 hours for buyer to organize a buddy if only buying one.
They are fed MannaPro duckling feed - which has more than enough niacin. This is also a benefit over TSC and many other farm supply stores that feed Purina, Nutrena, and other cheaper feeds which do not meet the 70mg/kg Niacin requirement.
