NEEDING INDIVIDUALS (COUPLES/TEAM work better) CLEANING Airbnb properties after the guests check out (10am) and before new guests check in (4pm); “turnover”. Days will vary based on length of stay. You’ll be paid an above hourly wage depending on the size of the property (#bedrooms/baths) and teamed up with another cleaner. Some days there are multiple turnovers. These properties have approximately 80% occupancy rate, which means there is always work, every week.
We use an online/phone application to schedule/manage.
This is simple, easy, and fun residential Airbnb cleaning for great money. We are looking for high energy, dependable, and meticulous individuals/team that have great communication while taking pride in their work.
You are the ideal employee if you know how to do perform general house cleaning duties including, but not limited to: vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms, kitchens (counter tops, cabinets, microwave, stove, refrigerator, and dishes), changing linens/towels, wiping down tables, cleaning glass, straightening up, and emptying trash.
A cleaning checklist will be available and a few cleaning supplies will be onsite along with items that need to be restocked. Basically, be dependable, be on time, clean, be efficient, and thorough. If there are complaints, then you will lose easy money.
Need a strong, long-term commitment to build a fun working relationship with our family-owned business.
Requirements:
- Experienced (know what looks dirty, how to clean it, and make it look great)
- Transportation (reliable and back up)
- Valid DL for background check
- References (3) upon request when responding/applying to this ad.
- Have own equipment (vacuum, mop, bucket and cleaning solutions. (Properties stock own toilet paper, soap, paper towels, linens, etc...)
