Currently seeking experienced and motivated Maintenance Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing service requests, apartment turns, preventive maintenance, and general property upkeep. Candidates with apartment maintenance experience and HVAC certification are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Complete service requests and repair orders in a timely and professional manner
Perform routine and preventive maintenance throughout the property
Assist with apartment make-readies and vacant unit turns
Maintain inventory of maintenance materials and supplies
Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and visually appealing
Build and maintain positive relationships with residents through excellent customer service
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and Fair Housing regulations
Qualifications
Previous maintenance experience required; apartment maintenance experience preferred
HVAC certification preferred
Familiarity with maintenance tools, equipment, and repair procedures
Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Reliable transportation
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Proven reliability, punctuality, and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and following safety requirements
Must successfully pass a comprehensive criminal background check
