Key Requirements & Experience:
Spraying: Proficiency with airless and HVLP sprayers for efficient, high-quality finishes on various surfaces.
Brushing & Rolling: Expertise in detailed trim work, cutting-in, and rolling large surfaces to achieve seamless, professional results.
Surface Preparation: Knowledge of proper scraping, sanding, priming, and caulking to ensure long-lasting paint adhesion.
General Painting Skills: Ability to work efficiently, maintain a clean workspace, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Driver’s License: A valid driver's license is required for this position.
