General Labor / Driver Needed - $16-$18/hr(weekly Cash Pay)

We are a Gainesville-based above-ground pool installation company looking for a dependable person with a truck, SUV, or Suburban to join our crew.
This position starts part-time with the opportunity for additional hours as our workload continues to grow.
No experience is necessary. We can teach the job. What we're looking for is someone who is reliable, shows up on time, can handle physical work in the Florida heat, and has a good attitude.
Job Details:
- Meet at our shop (Gainesville) around 7:00 AM Monday-Friday.
- Load tools and equipment each morning.
- Drive the crew to job sites throughout Central Florida.
- Help with site preparation and general labor for above-ground pool installations.
- Return to the shop at the end of the day to unload equipment.
Some jobs may be an hour or more from Gainesville. Weekend work is rare and only if agreed upon beforehand.
What We Provide:
- $16-$18/hour depending on reliability and work ethic.
- Weekly cash pay.
- Fuel for work travel.
- Drinks, lunch, and other work-related expenses while on the job.
- If we have materials delivered using your vehicle, you'll receive an additional delivery fee on top of your regular pay.
Requirements:
- Truck, SUV, or Suburban in reliable condition.
- Able to perform physical labor and work outdoors in the heat.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Willing to travel to job sites around Central Florida.
Drug Policy:
We don't have an issue with marijuana use. However, hard drug use is an absolute dealbreaker. Safety and reliability come first.
