I need a student to help me for 6-10 hours per week doing house painting (exterior) and yard work (pick up leaves, mowing, fill-in dog holes). Pay is $20 per hour (cash daily).
Must live near SW Gainesville and have driver license and reliable transportation. Must be available some weekdays for at least 4 hours at a time. Other hours flexible. Hopefully long-term (a year or more perhaps). My current guy is moving to Baltimore.
Must be Honest, Hard-Working, Able to Follow Instructions, and Reliable. Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects and work outside in heat and sun. Perfect for a college student.
