Candidates should be able to assist management by handling office tasks, help with the recruitment of new hires, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
The candidate should be professional, polite, attentive, responsive, and willing to meet each challenge directly.
The Assistant must be comfortable with interviewing potential candidates, computers, general office tasks, excel at both verbal and written communication, and have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.
- Handling office tasks
- Providing recruitment support, scheduling interviews, and interviewing with potential candidates
- Must be familiar with using computers to generate reports, and create spreadsheets (Excel, Word, Google Docs)
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
- MUST speak English
- High School and/or Associate’s Degree in a related field
- Prior administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills
- Attention to detail
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
- Must have a computer
*Remote Position* approximately 15-20h a week, with a potential to grow.
