My background includes healthcare member support, logistics coordination, customer service, operations, data entry inventory management, team leadership, and problem solving in fast-paced environments. Throughout my career, I've consistently been trusted to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, resole issues in real time, and maintain a high level of professionalism when serving customers and members.
What I may lack in direct experience with a specific software, industry, or process, I make up or with fast learning and adaptability, string work ethic and determination, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, reliability and accountability, with my ability to problem-solve independently, and my commitment to continuous growth and improvement.
I firmly believe that talent, dedication, an willingness to learn can be just as valuable as prior experience. Given the opportunity, I am confident in my ability to quickly master new systems, contribute meaningfully to a team, and exceed expectations.
I am especially interested in remote opportunities involving administrative support, operations support, customer success or member services, healthcare administration, care coordination support, data entry & documentation, claims processing, scheduling and coordination, and virtual assistant roles.
