Because they had nobody else, they had me.
“I have loved every one of my babies with everything I have.”
When three emergencies hit back to back, I didn’t hesitate a single second.
I wiped out my entire savings and maxed out two credit cards just to keep them alive.
First:
An upper respiratory infection swept through every one of my cats.
Every single one was treated.
Then Shadow,
He went down suddenly and couldn’t walk.
We thought he had jumped off the bed…
It turned out to be whipworms so severe it left him completely debilitated.
Then Maui,
Severe facial inflammation.
He now needs a $325 dental procedure.
And on June 2nd:
All three dogs have a vet visit totaling $350.
Total needed: $675
That is money I do not have.
Not after savings are gone.
Not after two maxed-out credit cards.
Not after back-to-back emergencies.
