2020 Coachmen Apex Extreme 220 EXT Toy Hauler, $15,000 OBO. Apex Extreme 220 is a hard to find model, and is only 7 1/2 feet wide, 26 foot long overall. Trailer has lots of storage throughout including a pass-through storage bay, and interior has a buffet type counter that works well to keep coffee making, etc., off the sink/stove counter. Two way (gas/electric) refrigerator is in great shape and works well. We added a heat strip to the AC and also a Soft Start. Toy Hauler has a front queen bed with a new memory foam mattress with new waterproof mattress cover and topper. Fresh water 50 gallons, Grey water 35 gallons, Black water 50 gallons. In the pictures there is a large box under the black flip-down table in the rear of the trailer - that is the new shower pan. The trailer has roughly a 2000 lb. carrying capacity. This RV has aluminum framing in the walls and roof structure.
