Need experienced men. With an attitude of learning. Most installers have 20 years, but it’s the first year over and over. If you cannot take correction or are not willing to learn and follow specific instructions, then this isn’t the job for you. If you have worked for yourself, and? What does that mean? Every man 6 months in can do that in this industry. If you have drug or alcohol problems please don’t apply or if you’re in some type of program or facility. I just need men to work without all the drama and the attitude of drugs/alcohol and “I worked for myself syndrome” I’m just trying to save time gentleman. I have a lot work coming up and I’m looking for dedicated men that need jobs and want to move up and learn. Thats it, just as any employer would want correct?
Some travel but you will have plenty of notice.
Need guys next for commercial and residential work. Again, I just need a qualified installer, nothing more or nothing less. Pay is what you want it. Hourly, daily or percentage.
