Southern Comfort Home Improvements & Maintenance, Inc. is looking for an experienced lead carpenter to join our team.
We specialize in residential remodeling, repairs, siding, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, and general carpentry throughout the Gainesville area.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry experience
Must own your own truck and tools
Valid driver's license
Dependable and punctual
Able to work in Florida heat
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Must Be Proficient In
Framing
Siding
Tile installation
Bathroom remodeling experience is a big plus.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well with customers and coworkers, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Reliability and professionalism are essential.
Schedule
Four 10-hour days per week
Full-time, year-round work
