Advanced Reprographics has been serving Gainesville and North Central Florida since 1975. We specialize in blueprint printing, large format documents, scanning, and document management for construction professionals, architects, engineers, and businesses across the region. We are part of the Rapid Blueprint family with locations across Tampa Bay and Florida.
We are looking for a motivated, reliable Print Shop Operator to join our Gainesville team. If you take pride in your work and enjoy helping customers, we want to hear from you. No printing experience required — we will train the right person.
POSITION DETAILS
Job Title: Print Shop Operator
Location: Gainesville FL 32609
Employment: Full-Time (part-time considered for the right candidate)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Pay: Based on experience — discussed at interview
Benefits: Available after 90-day introductory period
Bonuses: Quarterly performance bonuses
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Operate large format printers to produce blueprints and technical documents
Process customer orders — verify file specs, sizes, quantities, and finishing
Scan, name, organize, and store drawings and documents accurately
Greet customers and provide professional, friendly counter service
Handle invoicing and process payments using QuickBooks
Answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
Maintain equipment and keep the shop clean and organized
Meet same-day turnaround commitments
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Print shop, copy center, or reprographics experience is a plus — not required
QuickBooks or accounting software experience is helpful
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under deadlines
Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication skills — comfortable with customers and on the phone
